Job Description

SAP Technical Support – ABAP 


  • 3-5 years of hands on SAP Development Technologies (ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement framework, User Exits, Screen Exit, BDCs,BAPI, BADI,IDocs, Dialog Programming, WebDynpro ABAP, CRM UI, BSPs Webservices etc.)
  • Strong SAP ABAP workflow development experience using Workflow builder, Business objects, ABAP Classes, Agent determination, events
  • Experience in Workflow, XI/PI development
  • Development of interfaces, conversion, reports, IDOCS, user exits
  • Strong RICEFW functional and technical design experience
  • Experience in performance tuning
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment / ITIL V3 Certified preferred
  • Experience working with remote / off-shore teams
  • Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
